Winning Smile...

This is Tom Webb who won our recent 'design a Spring cupcake' competition in the Daily Echo.  He designed and drew these gorgeous butterfly cupcakes.

Frankie's mum said 'Many thanks for Frankie’s prize cupcakes. She was absolutely thrilled when she came home from school to find them waiting for her. Her brother, Daddy and me were lucky enough to enjoy them too. The card is on her bedroom wall and she is keeping the box too.’

Happy Birthday your Majesty...

We're royally excited about the upcoming Jubilee celebrations. So much so that we’ve been busy baking cupcakes fit for a Queen. HRH couldn’t fail to fall for our cute corgis, cheery flags and regal accessories and our succulent sponge deserves the royal stamp. They'll surely go down a treat at a Jubilee party so if you’re planning a celebration why not give us a call?

A box of six special Mother's Day cupcakes makes a nice pressy for a hard grafting, wonderfully supportive or generally brilliant mum and we can post them nationwide by special delivery if you're not going to be able to see her in person. We might even grab five minutes to munch one ourselves if we can find a space on the sofa...

Valentine's Cupcakes at the Brooks this Saturday...

We'll be at the Brooks centre from 10am in Winchester this Saturday with cupcakes to try and buy. We'll have plenty of gorgeous Valentine cupcakes with special messages to spread the love and we can package them up in our lovely love-heart boxes so they're ready to give... or just to gobble up yourself. Friday fundraiser for Macmillan Cancer Care...

Can't wait to sparkle...

We're off to the Rose Bowl in West End on Thursday night for a special charity party with a touch of sparkle in aid of Hampshire autistic Society. There'll be plenty to see, lots of lovely bits to buy and eat and we'll be selling cupcakes and handing out tasty samples to boot... yum. We'll be donating 25p from every cupcake sold to the charity too so it'll be well worth popping along from 7pm.

Cupcakey weekend...

We've got a busy weekend ahead... Jo's at the Cook Academy tomorrow for a bake-tastic cupcake making course (find out more here) and then Rich'll be enjoying the gorgeous wintry sunshine, selling cupcakes and handing out some tasty samples at Sandy Ball's Farmers Market on Sunday. There's a certain little Cupcake Dolly celebrating her birthday on Sunday too so Jo'll be busy baking a cake for her... no doubt she'll have some help with the decorating too. Watch this space for the results and Happy Birthday Esme.

We can't believe that winter has arrived and it's nearly time to don the stripey tights and scrape out those pumpkins all over again. We've baked another collection of scrummy, spooky cupcakes for the occasion... should work wonderfully with a Halloween party spread.
